What is Colour Healing?
Colour healing, also known as chromotherapy, is a holistic practice that harnesses the energy of colour to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
Rooted in ancient traditions from Egypt, China, and India, each colour carries a unique vibration that can influence our well-being.
One powerful method of colour healing involves the laying of cloths, a practice I incorporate into my Reiki treatments.

When you arrive at Blossom, my peaceful healing sanctuary, you’ll be invited to change into a soft white cotton gown. White contains all colours in the spectrum, making it the perfect base to amplify your chosen healing shade.
We’ll start with a calming cup of rose tea (or another herbal option), allowing you time to connect with the colour that resonates most with you. Together, we’ll select the perfect hue for your healing journey.
You’ll then recline on my healing couch, enveloped in soft, velvety blankets of your chosen colour. As you rest, I will channel Reiki energy, visualizing the colour as it infuses your body, mind, and spirit.
To deepen the healing, I’ll apply chakra-balancing essential oils with a gentle hand massage and place corresponding crystals on your body.
Soothing scents, harmonious frequency music, and the delicate sounds of Koshi chimes and a singing bowl will surround you, guiding you into profound relaxation. As the session ends, you’ll emerge feeling light, calm, and deeply restored.
This full-body Reiki experience blends energy healing, colour therapy, crystals, aromatherapy, and sound healing, creating a holistic space for renewal.
